Reservations are made directly through our online calendar. A deposit of [30%] is required to confirm your stay, with the balance due 30 days before your arrival.

Yes, a minimum stay of [2 nights] is required, except during the off-season, when a one-night stay may be accepted on weekdays, subject to availability.

Check-in begins at [5:00 p.m.], and check-out is before [11:00 a.m.]. We may be able to accommodate special requests depending on our availability, so please feel free to let us know.

We will welcome you in person upon your arrival to give you the keys and show you around.

Please let us know 30 minutes before your arrival, and if you’re running late.

Yes, free, private parking is available right on the property.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the vacation rental. We offer high-speed Wi-Fi via Orange fiber.

Yes, sheets and bath towels are included. We also provide dish towels, paper towels, and basic toiletries.

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the house.

That's right—Le Paradis de Lucile is designed to accommodate families: swings, a slide, toys, a crib, and a high chair are available upon request. Two children ages 0 to 3 can stay for free. Please note, however, that there is a steep slope in front of the house. Children must remain under parental supervision.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Bachelor and bachelorette parties are prohibited.

Please be considerate of our neighbors and our home.

Le Paradis de Lucile is a family home meant for getting together and sharing moments of togetherness—not for making noise or partying.

We ask that you follow these rules: 1) No outdoor speakers except for your small, portable, waterproof speaker (such as a JBL Go 4W). 2) No music outdoors after 9:00 p.m.

For your information, each house is equipped with an outdoor decibel sensor. It triggers an alert (for you and for us) if the noise level exceeds 75 dB for 5 minutes. This helps us take things at a slower pace, be considerate of our neighbors, and avoid a possible visit from the Gendarmerie :)

Activities at the house include:

- Outdoors : pétanque, ping pong, swings, slide, molkky, badminton, tennis

- Indoors : foosball, a wide variety of board games, books, magazines, Wii U

- As an optional service, available upon advance request, we offer à la carte activities through our preferred providers, such as yoga classes and in-home wine tastings. In terms of services, we can pick up your grocery order from the supermarket or deliver delicious local and homemade meals to you.

- A small gift and grocery shop is also available on-site, featuring local products and our personal favorites—perfect for bringing home a souvenir.

Exclusive use of the fully equipped house (see below and in the detailed description), its garden, and private parking.

All on-site activities, including the village tennis court (rackets and balls provided), high-speed Wi-Fi, pétanque, table tennis... as well as firewood for the fireplace and gas for the barbecue.



Sheets and towels are provided, as well as soap and shampoo. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and housekeeping is included.

And since our goal is to make your life easier, we’ve also thought of the household essentials you always seem to forget: salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, a sponge, dish towels, toilet paper rolls, dishwasher and laundry detergent tablets, and about twenty coffee pods.

All you really need to bring are your personal belongings and food. 

We offer a range of different rates to suit your needs: weekends, 7 nights, weekdays.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm each reservation.

The remaining 70% is due one month before the start of your stay.



A security deposit of €1,500 is held for each reservation to cover any breakage or damage to the house and its furnishings.

A check-in and check-out conducted by a Le Paradis de Lucile manager allows you to take a leisurely tour of the house.

Cancellation policy :
 The guest must pay 50% of the total amount if they cancel within 7 days of arrival.
The guest may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
